This is in Excellent pre-owned condition. Had no impact on the stability of armor but wanted to make sure you were aware. It had a strap on the back that you wrapped around your waist. Bought new by me, paid $299.

I took a picture of the back and you can see where cut. I found it to add Extra bulk and be annoying so cut off.
