The 02-3602 fit on my Kawasaki OEM sissy bar with no issues or modifications required. It was a gamble, but I thought Iread somewhere that this particular Cobra model was designed for the Kawi OEM bar, so I got lucky! Its really heavy and looks awesome on the bike.
